In this article we explain how to correctly configure a package
Before starting the configuration of your package you must have registered the service in the Charge Master II and have the product type "Package". We show you how to do it in the following video:
After you have followed the steps shown in the video, continue to do the following:
1. Open the Packages window.
2. Click on the new record icon. (Shown below in the picture)
3. Define the value, the package and click on the save icon.
4. Add the version to the package by filling out the service (the service is registered in the Product Master II window as we show you in the first video) the version and the effective date; save the information when finished. The Effective Date will indicate the last day that this version will be available.
5. The system opens the window to add the package detail, here you add the products or services that the package will have; select quantity, product, UDM and click the add icon (+). Don't forget to save when you finish adding the package details.
