In this article, you will learn the basic functions of price lists within Cirrus.
The price lists within Cirrus help us to configure specific prices, either for sale or purchase of the different products and services offered by the hospital. We can manage multiple purchase price lists for each supplier with different products. Similarly, Cirrus allows us to manage multiple versions of each list as required for business partners.
*NOTE: It is important that after registering a price list, you indicate whether they are purchase or sale prices.*
The process to create a price list is as follows:
1. Open the window called "Price List"
2. Click on the "new registration" option
3. Enter the mandatory data: Name, Currency and Price Precision
4. In the case of a *sales price* list, check the corresponding box. Otherwise it is considered as purchase prices.
5. Click Save.
