Patient Registration Master Report

Download a list with contact information of all registered patients that meet a date range criteria

 

 

In the Report Patient Registration Master window you can view and download the contact information of all those patients that were registered during the selected date range. Here's more info about how to get it.

1. Search for Report Patient Registration Master

2. Select a date range on Search Panel

3. Click search

   

   You will see the list of results, these are the patients that will be included on the report:

   

4. Now click printer option, set format and other parameters and confirm.

   Report will look as in our example, every patient will be listed with the following data:

Date: October 12 2022.
