353 - Import Assets

08/22/22 Automatically add multiple fixed assets from your hospital inventory

 

With our new Import Assets option, you can now import several fixed assets in a csv list, allowing you to add several assets instead of adding them one by one like in the manual current process.

This will accelerate the process of adding assets on Cirrus and prevent you from doing the current manual step by step several times.

To do so, follow these steps:

• Create a csv file with the information for all of your assets to be imported, following the given importer order:

1. Now, on Cirrus, go to Import File Loader and select Import Fixed Asset on format.

2. Now click on upload button and select your csv file:

Note: If this option does not show on the list, ask our team via ticket or chat and we will activate this option for your organization.

3. Validate your information and navigate through your fixed assets and confirm:

4. You will see a new window called Import Assets where a message will confirm that they were imported successfully. Click Process Now to complete.

You will now be able to see these assets on Asset window, the breakdown of information must follow the layout for each tab:
