On our new Journal Report window you can generate a report will the breakdown of all those accounting entries to your organization's General Journal. Also, you will be able to filter policies or search according to what you would like to visualize in your report.
Here you can see the steps about how this new functionality works:

Go to the Journal Report window, on Search Panel you can select those filters to apply to your search results - if necessary - . Results shown will be filtered according to the following fields:

Search by, which will allow you to enter Policy Number or Document Number

Year
-
Policy Type, which can be Invoice, Expense or Journal .

Period (Month, will affect Date Range)
-
Policy/Document Number
-
Date Range (1 month as default but can include 90 days) .
2. Click on Search icon.
3. Now select Print icon to generate the file for all of the results (you can either print or download it as PDF) .
