We have added a new Patient Name format section for Country, Region and City window where in the Country tab we will be able to configurate the way names and surnames tare being displayed for each country. This enhancement will allow users like admission officers, physicians, nurses, pharmacists and everyone involved in these processes to see names in their usual format, according to their own country's needs and any adjustment must be requested via ticket so our System team can change these values.
This can be viewed on our new Patient Name Format section:
These values can be adapted to each country's needs and the KSA format must be as follows:
Last name (s) + First name + Middle name
Which on Cirrus is:
@AP1@AP2@N1@@N2@
After this fields are updated for KSA, you can register a new patient to verify this process as in our example:
Then we can go to Physician Dashboard, you can now see that names are being displayed with their Last names first and their First Name + Middle Name will go after:
The same applies when looking for any patient, in our example this is how it will look on Encounter window:
This enhancement will also impact on the rest of windows involved during the entire Encounter processes, displaying the name results accordingly:
Current Encounters, Medical Schedule, Pharmacists Dashboard, Electronic Patient Record, Multibilling, Balance, Active Accounts Reports.
