12/20/2021 Module from where you can manage the different types of users [ For: Customer care, Customer success, and IT Admin]

"The User Dashboard module is for the exclusive use of internal Ecaresoft staff or authorized IT Administrators"

This module allows you to access any option related to user administration: User Maintenance, Buyer, Cashier, Assistant, Nurse, Pharmacist, Physician and create a user by wizards.

How use it?

Just go to the User Dashboard and choose the option that you need.

1. To modify user information, assign roles, and import a user. Choose:

User Maintenance. [See]

2. To create, search, modify and delete user. Choose any of the options, as you require:

Physician Maintenance. [See]
Nurse. [See]
Assistant.[See]
Pharmacist. [See]
Cashier.
Buyer.

Notes:

The flow for creating a pharmacist, cashier, and buyer is the same, so you can refer to the pharmacist article to know the flow.
Only User maintenance and Physician Maintenance windows have the import option.

3. To quickly create users use the wizard option you require:

Nurse wizard.
Pharmacist wizard.
Physician wizard.
User role Access Wizard.

If any of these options are not shown on User Dashboard, you can add them in Role window, by following these steps:

Go to Role window.
In Role tab, look for the role name, which will be the one on which we will assign these options.

To add any options such as User Maintenance or Physician Maintenance, go to Form Access tab and follow these steps :

3. Click on New Record.

4. Enter the name of the option in Special Form.

5. Check both Active and Read Write boxes.

6. Save changes.

In order to view this option on User Dashboard, please log out from Cirrus and log back in.

To add a configurator ( Nurse Wizard, Physician Wizard) , click on Configurator Access and follow these steps :

4. Select configurator.
