162 NPHIES Report

06/07/2021 now you can see all the request and responses that have been sent for Nphies authorization

This option is where you can see the status for all the request that have been sent to NPHIES

Workflow

How to use it?

1. First of all you need to enter the Nphies report option

2. Once you are there you can use any of the filters to search for the requiered records

3. Then you only need to click on the search button and look on the search results for the record you are looking for

Rules

To be able to see results on this screen you need to have a request type sen to Nphies (claims, eligibility, payment or preauthorization)

Additionals functions

If you are on the Nphies report option you can also:

• Send petition

• Cancel Pre-authorization service

• Cancel claim request

For the records on the search results section by using the menu button on the "Additional actions" column.

Now you can also filter the Nphies request by using the "Request type" filter and choosing any of the options

• Claims

• Eligibility

• Payments

• Pre-authorization

If you do not choose any of these options the system displays all of them when you do a search.

In the search result section we added the request and response columns so you can see the adjacent request that you send (Cittus) and the adjacent response you received (NPHIES)

NOTE:

Keep in mind that the request and response columns are not displayed when you print this report
