1. What you need to know

1. It is mandatory to select a warehouse with the information of locator, product and stock.

2. You can export the report to xls and pdf formats.

3. The report Current Stock shows the following information: value, product, warehouse, locator, quantity, UOM, UOM pack, minimum level, maximum level, minimum stock level, and maximum stock level.

4. You can filter the results by stock: all, greater than zero (>0) o equal to zero (=0).

5. You can select a locator.

6. In the field Product, you can select one specific product or leave the field empty to 

generate the report for all the products of the selected warehouse.

To obtain the detailed information of the product existence and to export it to XLS or PDF formats.

SECTION: 3. Start current stock

1. Open the window Current stock; select the warehouse (mandatory), locator, existence (all) and click on the icon "XLS" to export the report to an Excel file.

Leave the field empty to generate the report for all the products of the selected warehouse.

Select the filters.

The system will display the report with the specified criteria.

Export Current stock to PDF

Click on the icon PDF to perform exporting the report to the aforementioned format.

After following the aforementioned steps.

You'll have exported the Current stock report.
