635 - Extensions Handling in Multibilling

07/29/24 Additional extension improvements to the Multibilling interface

 

We've added the following improvements to the Multibilling screen:

Now, when you're on extension 0, Cirrus will validate whether there are no pending charges to assign to other extensions. If there are pending charges, the following message will appear next to extension 0:

In addition to blocking the selection on this extension so that it cannot be billed from here, this will let you know that some charges need to be sent to other extensions for assignment to one or more invoices.

• When you enter the zip code, Cirrus will display the selection of zip codes that match the search (just like in Patient Registration). This will also apply for Direct Billing, for example:
