While browsing the Form Search menu, now you will be able to activate or deactivate them, allowing you prevent other users from entering them in the future.
To apply this feature, go to Form Search and in Search Panel select All as the status and click Search.
Now you will be able to see all of the forms whether they're active or not. Click on the active icon to deactivate or activate them:
Note: Before enabling or disabling them, you will have to make sure that they're not being used by another user at that moment or else you will not be able to change their status.
If a questionnaire is being used at that moment, you will see this message:
