Avoid inconsistencies and duplicates in Product Deliveries
With this update, the system will now lock the "Product Requests" in-use and display an alert message saying the request is being attended by another user. This will help to avoid having inconsistencies and duplicates when attending product requests and delivering orders.
In order to fix or unlock requests not being attended by any user and were left locked due to a system issue or internet disconnection, we've also added a new module to unlock those requests.
The process is described as follows:

In case you're not able to open a request that was locked due to a system issue or internet disconnection, follow the next steps within the new module Unlock Records:


After finishing unlocking the document, the personnel in charge will be able to continue with the delivering process.
If you are an IT Admin and don't have access to this module, feel free to request the module via Chat to Tech Support. This option is on demand and must be deactivated after using it to unlock a document.
